Sundried Tomato Rigatoni











Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cup 35% Cream
1/2 Cup of Sundried Tomatos
1/2 Cup White Wine
Cracked Pepper and Salt to taste
2 Cups Mushrooms
2 Cups Broccoli 
1 cooking Onion
3 cloves of Garlic
4 Cups of pasta noodle of choice 

For Cream Sauce:
Add cream, sundried tomatos, and white wine into a thick bottomed sauce pan and simmer on medium heat until reduced to half. Add cracked pepper and salt to taste. 

For Vegetables:
Add chopped Mushrooms, Broccoli, Onion, and Garlic to a large frying pan with cooking oil. 

Cook Pasta of choice in water until noodle is consistency of your liking.

Add everything together.
